Home Use candidates are initially evaluated with a clinical trial for effectiveness before a request for a home unit is made. If a home use request is made, each patient receives a complete and thorough inservicing by a trained representative on the use and care of their H-Wave. Unlimited follow-up training is provided as necessary to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
In addition, H-Wave units are stocked with our unique accessories (electrodes, leads, etc.) which are specifically manufactured by Electronic Waveform Lab, Inc. to achieve superior results.
Customer service phone calls are made by our staff at 30 and 60 days after issuance to ensure proper use and satisfaction. A survey is collected from patients after 2-4 weeks of home H-Wave use and again after approximately 60-90 days of use. Continued contact by mail is made to active patients every 90 days indefinitely. In this letter, patients are given the opportunity to be re-inserviced by a trained representative for their condition or a new condition for which the doctor has written a prescription.
Responses to our detailed surveys are sent to the prescribing physician in a comprehensive report allowing for better documentation and monitoring of patient progress.

Patients and doctors can gain access to our password-protected treatment manual which includes detailed pictures and instructions for specific conditions. This helps to ensure proper use with continued treatment.
